At bisgaard, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Read our shipping details and hassle-free return policy below.

1. Delivery & Shipping Options

We ship across Europe and to select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:

  • EU Countries: FREE Shipping on orders over €60. (Standard delivery fee of €4.99 applies for orders below €80).

  • Non-EU / International: Shipping rates and customs thresholds are displayed automatically during checkout.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) on business days are processed and dispatched on the same day:

  • European Union: 2 – 5 business days.

  • International Delivery: 5 – 10 business days.

*Note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak sale seasons or holiday periods.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking number and link. You can use this link to follow your parcel's journey in real-time.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you and your child to love your new shoes! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Shoes must be packed in their original bisgaard shoe box, undamaged, and inside a protective outer box.

Returning your item is quick and easy:

  1. Repack: Place the unworn shoes back in their original shoe box and enclose the return form included in your delivery parcel.

  2. Label: Visit our online Return Portal to generate and print your pre-paid return shipping label.

  3. Drop Off: Attach the label to the outer package and drop it off at your nearest designated parcel shop.

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website for the desired size. This ensures you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible!

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Once approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
