6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days (our store extends this to a 30-day return policy) without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive physical possession of the goods.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original shoe box/packaging.
